ABOUT SUZANNE

I help women leaders in midlife define — and design — their next chapter.

ABOUT ME

You have built a career. You have raised a family. You have shown up, led well, and delivered — for decades.

And now, for the first time in a long time, you have a little space to breathe. And in that space, a question is growing louder:

Is this it? Or is there more?

That is exactly the woman I work with. And I know her well — because I am her.

MY STORY

I spent 25+ years building a career in public service — youth development, family engagement, child protection. I raised four children, including two foster children who became my own. I ended a 20-year marriage in 2020 and finished raising my kids through high school as a single mother, all while continuing to achieve high-level leadership positions, ultimately leading a team of 214 in one of the most complex environments in public service.

On paper, it looked like success. And in many ways, it was.

But something was stirring in me. How do I stop living small — living for everyone else, out of obligation — and start designing a life that feels like mine? How do I shift from security and survival to dreams, abundance, and adventure?

That question is what led me to coaching. And it is the same question I help my clients answer every day.
